1. Nature of Our Services
Since we provide customized, digital, and knowledge-based services, completed work is
generally non-returnable. Value is delivered through expertise, effort, and time invested.
2. Cancellations
- Before Work Begins: 100% refund upon request.
- After Work Starts: Refunds may be issued pro-rata for incomplete portions at our discretion.
3. Refunds for Completed Deliverables
- Once a deliverable (resume, cover letter, mock interview report) has been shared, refunds are usually not available.
- If the deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed brief or contains major errors, we will revise or correct it at no extra cost (see Section 4).
4. Revisions & Satisfaction Window
- You may request reasonable revisions within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated in your package).
- Revisions include improvements in clarity, formatting, tone, and alignment with the agreed role/industry. They do not cover entirely new directions or services outside the initial scope.
5. Subscription or Session-Based Services
- Sessions (e.g., mock interviews, coaching) may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without required notice may be marked as non-refundable.
6. Technical Issues
- If you face issues accessing digital files or links, please contact us within 7 days. We will re-send or restore access at no cost.
7. Payment Disputes
Please reach out to us first for any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed work
may be contested with evidence of delivery and service fulfillment.
8. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@codebita.com with:
- Your full name and order reference (if available)
- Service purchased and delivery date
- Reason for cancellation/refund with details
We typically reply within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank timelines may vary.
9. Exceptions
- No refunds for change-of-mind after full delivery.
- Promotional/discounted packages may include special terms stated at purchase.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
